Rental prices and availability are set below. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Bookings can start on any day of the week (subject to availability).

Prices: April £350 per week

May - June £390 per week

July - August £490 per week

September £350 per week

October - March £270 per week.

Payment: 30% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining amount due 1 month before arrival.

Availability: for 2010 this propery is available anytime except: 14 - 21st Jan; 2 - 10th March; 19 - 29th April; and 26th May - 15th June.
