The garden faces south-west, which is very convenient for spending long warm summer evenings outdoors watching the sun go down while having a barbeque and a glass of wine. The pictures below show a private street where this townhouse is located. It is a quiet cul-de-sac road, safe for children to play. Alfeizerao is a traditional 'unspoilt' Portuguese village with a slow pace of life, daily fruit & veg market and very friendly local people. It has many cosy cafes, which are a traditional place of socialising for the locals (and the prices of food and drinks would pleasantly surprise you!).

Downstairs there is an entrance hall, living room, open-plan kitchen and dining area, downstairs WC and an integral garage. A large living room is equipped with the sofa and chairs, a stereo. There is satellite TV with many British and world channels: BBC 1, 2, 3, News, World etc; ITV channels; Channel 4, E4 etc; CNN, Sky News and many others. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, also plates, pots, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. Dining table and chairs plus extra chairs if needed. Furniture for outside dining, barbeque and sunbathing is available, including towels. Ironing board, iron, clotheshorse and a hoover are also provided.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms which could accommodate 6 people plus a family bathroom. Master double bedroom has a balcony overlooking the village and the sea in the distance (Sao-Martinho Do Porto), built-in wardrobes. 2 other bedrooms are twin ones, one is overlooking the same way as the master bedroom and the other is overlooking the countryside and the mountains. Bathroom has a bath, in-bath shower with a screen, WC, bidet, washbasin, towel rail, mirror and a plenty of storage. Bed linen and a good selection of towels are all provided including beach towels. There is also a hairdryer in the master bedroom.
